• Oversee financial operations including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
• Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements.
• Work closely with other departments to drive financial performance.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Profile

A successful Finance Director should have:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in a similar role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
