The below job description will outline this position of: QHSE Administrator

Typically, this person will support the QHSE department head in administrative tasks.

HSB Technical's client is a very established and well-regarded business entity.

Duties and responsibilities of the QHSE Administrator:

• Manage and monitor the HSE planner.
• Ensure inspections and collections are arranged as scheduled.
• Assist with training on risk assessments, COSHH, and HSE awareness.
• Maintain registers for equipment like forklifts and lifting gear.
• Gather QHSE feedback from the workforce for improvement.
• Support HSE training, toolbox talks, and track progress.
• Conduct and log shop floor audits.
• Draft risk assessments, method statements, and work instructions.

Qualifications and requirement for the QHSE Administrator:

• Good knowledge of IT systems
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment, conducting workplace inspections/checks
• Background in a similar QHSE administrator role
• Good experience of Writing Risk Assessments, method statements and work instructions.
