This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and high-end brand known for its commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Role Overview:

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring that the luxury facilities are always in pristine condition. This position requires a proactive, reliable, and skilled individual who will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the premises, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the building, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general fixtures.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the building’s systems and identify areas for improvement or immediate attention.
  • Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance requests.
  • Ensure that all areas of the property are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers as required.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations.
  • Support with additional duties as needed, ensuring a seamless and luxurious environment for clients and staff.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in building maintenance, ideally within a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work.
  • Ability to work independently, with initiative and a hands-on approach.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors and internal teams.
  • Flexibility to handle urgent or unforeseen maintenance needs outside of regular working hours.
