We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Service Manager to join our team. Based in the heart of Liverpool Street, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the technical operations of a prestigious commercial property. Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and motivate a team of on-site engineers and technical staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services. Oversee the day-to-day operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, ensuring optimum performance and compliance with standards. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and manage risk assessments. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Manage the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. Oversee budgets for technical services, ensuring cost efficiency and effective allocation of resources. Provide regular reporting to senior management and the client. Support or lead technical projects, refurbishments, and upgrades, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

* Engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent technical experience.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH, C&G, or equivalent).

Experience:

* Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management, ideally in a commercial environment.

* Strong knowledge of building systems, technical operations, and compliance requirements
