Our client is a well-established property investment and development company specialising predominantly in luxury housing and industrial developments across North West.We are seeking a Design/Technical Manager to oversee design management on residential and industrial projects, reporting to the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage design team procurement and coordination.
Ensure designs meet Building Regulations, Planning Conditions, and Employer Requirements.
Prepare design status reports and manage internal drawing processes.
Coordinate technical information and approvals with consultants.
Ensure design compliance with Health and Safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee design reviews, specifications, and technical queries.
Support project teams and provide sign-off for building control and warranty providers.Requirements:

Experience as a Design/Technical Manager in construction.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
