ROLE: RGN Nurse

SALARY:£20.60/Hour

LOCATION: Tredegar, Wales

HOURS: 36 Hrs/Week Permanent FT

You will be working and mixture of days and nights at, a small care home with state-of-the-art facilities. You'll use the latest care technology to spend quality time with service users, ensuring high-quality care based on Wellness, Happiness, and Kindness.

Shift Times: 07:45am - 20:15pm , including alternate weekends

Duties:

- Assess health and develop care plans

- Administer medication and monitor responses

- Provide nursing care, including wound and palliative care

- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals

- Support daily living activities

- Provide emotional support to users and families

- Maintain accurate records

- Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines

- Train new staff member.

Requirements:

- NMC Registered Nurse

- Must have nursing home experience

- Caring and compassionate

- Knowledge of CQC regulations

- Excellent communication skills

- Team player and able to work independently

- Commitment to professional development
