We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's dynamic team. . You'll play a key role in managing costs, ensuring project profitability, and upholding the company's high standards across a range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing, managing, and reporting on project costs to ensure adherence to budgets
Conducting site visits to measure and assess completed work
Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms
Overseeing project financials from initiation through to completion
Producing accurate financial reports and managing forecasts
Collaborating closely with project teams to provide cost analysis, risk assessment, and financial advice
Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and industry standardsAbout You:

Proven experience in quantity surveying within construction
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
