Sales Executive£20,000 - £25,000 + £10,000 OTE / West Malling, Kent/Hybrid / PermanentMy client, a leader in their field, are looking to recruit an Internal Account Manager on a permanent basis to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Sales environment and will hold excellent relationship building skills. Duties:

• Managing an existing account portfolio to exceed target growth
• Setting and conducting telephone/video meetings with existing clients
• Developing long-term relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross selling
• Working towards KPIs and making sure existing clients hit their growth potential
• General administration duties

Essential Skillset:

• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a B2B or B2C sales experience
• A proven sales track record
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Package:

• Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
• An OTE up to £10,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday, 9:30am – 5:30pm
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working
