Salary: £13/hour

Our client based in Arborfield are looking for an administrator to join their operations team on a temporary basis. You will be working alongside and assisting the Administration Manager with a number of varied admin and data duties, from working alongside specific industry documents and updating information onto the CRM system. You must have strong IT skills and high attention to details.

A friendly and supportive working environment.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Produce outgoing letters
Using the Adobe PDF software to edit documents and extract certain pages.
Digital filing using SharePoint.
Assist with registrations on relevant portals and assist in the maintenance of master spreadsheets.
Compilation of completion packs.
Collate the required information, rename as per client requirements and upload to client portal.

Strong experience within Administration
Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Great attention to detail
Team player
Ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs
Enthusiastic, trustworthy and willing to learn

Job Title: Operations Administrator - Temporary position

Location: Arborfield - must be a driver with own transportation as public transport links are limited

Duration: To start asap until end of April - with possibly to be extended

Working Days: Monday - Friday - fully office based

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, although concessions could be made for part time hours (such as school hours) if required

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
