What you'll be doing;

• Safely load and unload palletised waste from vehicles
  
• Operate forklift truck to move waste around the site
  
• Understand and follow waste storage requirements
  
• Communicate safety issues to the transfer manager
  
• Conduct hazardous waste acceptance process
  
• Book outgoing loads to other sites
  
• Complete drum inspection reports and labeling
  
• Use Salesforce system for waste management
  
• Perform bulking and repacking of waste materials
  
• Conduct daily and weekly checks, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to regulations and procedures
  

What we're looking for;

• Confident with excel spreadsheets
  
• English and maths GCSEs minimum.
  
• Forklift truck experience is desirable.
  
• Able to follow instructions.
  
• General awareness of the principles of good health and safety.
  
• Able to read and understand Work Instructions and Risk Assessments.
  
• Possess good communication skills and be able to work within a team.
  
• A good work ethic and ability to respond to the work requirements of the day.
  
• Knowledge and experience of bulk tanker and bulking operations is desirable..(training will be given)
  
• Be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor working.
