We are seeking a skilled Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of mechanical / HVAC systems. This role requires effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project objectives are met within the specified timelines and budgets.

Would suit someone form a trade background in plumbing or pipefitting or a graduate looking to make their first move.

As a project manager, you will be required to:

* Lead and manage mechanical building services / HVAC projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and trades to facilitate project execution and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

* Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation.

* Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting as necessary to achieve project goals.

* Conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project duration.

* Ensure cost control of projects with financial reporting and payment applications.

Candidate:

* Proven experience in project management within the mechanical building services sector.

* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
