Qualifications and Experience Required: - Registered Nurse with NMC Pin: Must be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin,
- Passion for Person-centred Care: A strong desire to make a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, showing empathy, compassion, and a natural ability to care for those with diverse and complex needs.
- Experience in Complex Needs Care: Previous experience working in settings that involve dementia care, mental health conditions, or learning disabilities is highly advantageous, ensuring familiarity with the challenges and specialized approaches required for this population.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication with residents, families, and colleagues, with an ability to guide, support, and work collaboratively with care teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Responsibilities: - Comprehensive Health Assessments: Conduct detailed health evaluations for each resident, developing personalized care plans that address their specific health needs and promote overall well-being.
- High-Quality Nursing Care: Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, including those with long-term conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained at all times.
- Adherence to Professional Standards: Act in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code, maintaining discretion and professionalism to uphold resident confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Complex Condition Management: Confidently manage residents with long-term and complex health conditions, applyingspecialized knowledge and skills to address these needs.
- Treatment Planning and Emergency Response: Diagnose, plan, and implement appropriate interventions for residents with complex health issues, responding swiftly in urgent or emergency situations to deliver effective care.
- Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident interactions, consultations, and treatments, following legislative policies and procedures for documentation.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Supervise, support, and guide support workers daily, fostering a collaborative care environment and promoting best practices among the team.
