Front of House Manager - Boutique Fitness Studio - Kensington

£28,000-£32,000 DOE+ benefits

We are looking for a Front of House Manager who has the passion and ambition become an Assistant Manager for a Premium boutique fitness and wellness studio in affluent Kensington.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach, support and inspire a team of receptionists to deliver a 5-star service to members/customers.
• Take responsibility for bookings and retail.
• Promote the range of products and services to prospective buyers and members.
• Ensure the studio operation is clean and immaculate with regular checks.
• Take the initiative on what the business needs whilst on shift.
• Typically working 11-7 Monday to Friday but available to cover early, late and weekend shifts to cover to sickness and holiday if needed.
• Support the overall running of the studio taking on projects to learn other parts of the business.

The Person:

• Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills and warm and friendly personality.
• Hands-on approach to leadership, inspiring others with your actions.
• Reception/Front of House supervisory experience ideally within a quality health and fitness, hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong I.T. skills and experience using booking or membership systems.
• Passionate about the health and wellbeing industry.
• Willingness to learn and progress.
• Able to reliably commute to Kensington W8 each working day.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts if the business needs cover.
