Due to planned expansion, our client is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join their London office. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid and flexible working options to support a variety of lifestyles.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Lead and manage audit assignments, applying your technical and commercial knowledge to exceed client expectations.
• Play an active role in business development activities to enhance the firm’s reputation and expand its client base.
• Support the management of the audit team, providing training and guidance to ensure high standards are consistently met.

To be successful, you should:

• Be ACCA/ACA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in practice.
• Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in UK practice, with previous experience at the (Assistant) Manager level.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality audits.
• Possess a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach to business development activities.
• Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
