Join Our Team as a Tooling Engineer!

Are you an experienced Tooling Engineer looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Engineering team, ensuring that all assembly and press tooling equipment operates efficiently, reliably, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

✅Lead the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment.
✅ Carry out planned maintenance activities and technical improvement initiatives.
✅ Diagnose and repair equipment efficiently to maximise machine availability.
✅ Perform scheduled maintenance to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
✅ Lead geometry improvement activities and support quality standards.
✅ Adhere to safety regulations, including PUWER, Power Press, lifting, and slinging.
✅ Support the procurement and management of spare parts and tools.
✅ Maintain accurate documentation, including RPO and MTTR data.
✅ Mentor and support Engineering apprentices in their development.
✅ Uphold housekeeping and cleanliness within work areas.
✅ Work in alignment with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making.
✔ ONC or equivalent level qualification.
✔ Relevant experience in industrial manufacturing or the automotive sector.
