My client is a CQC-registered supported living services provider, offering high-quality accommodation and support for individuals aged 18-65 with complex needs. With single occupancy services across North London, a multi-resident service in Luton, and outreach in West Sussex, my client has earned a strong reputation and is expanding.

The Opportunity

We seek an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our supported living services. The ideal candidate has experience engaging with Local Authorities, CCGs, and ICBs to place service users with learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs.. You should be motivated to grow both the business and yourself.

The Role

Promote my client's brand and services to local authorities, CCGs, organisations, and communities. Success will be measured by user placements, partnerships, and lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience in adult supported living and care sector

* Strong network of commissioners and ICB contacts (London/South East)

* Proven tendering and procurement skills for local authority frameworks

* Strong sales, networking, and presentation skills

* Leadership experience in supported living services (preferred)

* Valid driving licence

Job Details

* Full-time; Salary: £70,000-£80,000 + performance bonus

* Schedule: Mon-Fri; some weekends

* Proven track record of placing service users and sourcing referrals
