About the Higher Level Teaching Assistant Role:

We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to work part-time in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 classrooms. This temporary position offers the opportunity to take on a range of responsibilities, including leading lessons, supporting teachers, and working closely with students to enhance their learning experience. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Key Responsibilitiesas a Higher Level Teaching Assistant :

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

• Provide tailored support to small groups and individual students to help them achieve their learning goals.

• Assist with classroom management and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

• Work collaboratively with teachers to support lesson planning and curriculum delivery.

• Encourage and motivate students, fostering their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.
