Estate Grounds and Properties Supervisor

Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire

Hours: Fulltime, Permanent

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Responsibilities of an Estate Grounds and Properties Supervisor:

Ensuring the grounds and properties are maintained to exceptional standards.

Leading and supervising a small team of maintenance staff.

*

Liaising with external contractors when necessary.

*

Acting as a key holder and addressing estate emergencies outside of regular hours as needed.

Skills of an Estate Grounds and Properties Supervisor:

*

Proficiency in operating and maintaining plant machinery, with relevant certifications such as a chainsaw certificate.

*

Proven ability in the maintenance of mowers and garden machinery.

*

Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs.

*

Experience in weed management, with necessary certifications (P1 and P6 spraying)
