This is an unmissable opportunity for a top performing Executive Assistant to join a highly successful firm and to work alongside a friendly and fun team of EA's.

This is an office based role, 9AM - 6PM. Please do not apply if you are looking for hybrid working.

THE ROLE:

• Executive Assistant support for an MD and his team of 8.
• Complex and global diary management & travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, processing expenses.
• Assisting with projects & administration tasks.
• Helping the EA team with events & Office Management where need be.

THE PERSON:

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly confident working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining highly organised and calm under pressure.
• Minimum 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant role, ideally within Financial or Professional Services.
• This role sits within a team of EAs with an amazing culture. The successful candidate will be a real team player, always willing to help out the team where need be and use their initiative without being prompted.
• Positive attitude and great work ethic.
