Site Manager - Retail Fit Out

£230 - £270 per Day - CIS
Temporary Position - 12 months + work available across the country
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid

The client I am working with has an immediate requirement for a Number 1 site manager to run a retail strip out and fit out project in Bristol, The client wants a fully pledged Site Manager who has a great eye for detail, strong experience within commercial / retail fit out, and can manage the job as a number one on site. The Manager must also be able to liaise with the client on site and create a strong relationship whilst working to the specifications given.

Must have SMSTS, and First Aid.

The Manager can be / have:
• Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs
• Can hit the ground running
• Good eye for detail
• Strong Manager - Able to push the trades.
• Great quality assurance skills
• Good client liaison skills
• Health and Safety focused
