Join a dedicated team at a vibrant and welcoming school located in Rainham whose mission is to provide an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. They are looking for a passionate and experienced Reception Teacher to join them in September 2024 and help shape the educational journey of our youngest learners.

As a Reception Teacher, you will lead a dynamic and engaging early years classroom, fostering a love for learning in our youngest pupils. This full-time role requires a dedicated educator with a minimum of one year of experience teaching Year 1 or Reception, who is committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons that align with the Reception/EYFS curriculum.
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all areas of child development.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of all pupils, including those with special educational needs.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative school community.
Maintain accurate records of students' development and achievements.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
At least one year of experience teaching Year 1 or Reception.
Strong understanding of early childhood development and the Reception curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
