Description

• Processing payroll for all employees
• Ensuring accuracy of payroll and accounts information
• Handling payroll and accounts queries
• Assisting with month-end procedures
• Reconciling payroll and account reports
• Ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Working as part of the Accounting & Finance team
• Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and account information

Profile

A successful Accounts/ Payroll Clerk should have:

• Qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance
• Proficient skills in payroll and accounts management software
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
• Ability to work well in a team
