Description
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation.
- Process payments, track expenses, and monitor budgets.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related matters.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Profile
- Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage, but not essential.
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
