Key Personnel are delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Cupar for an immediate start. As Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client you will be responsible providing a high level of customer service to customers and resolving any queries.

The Role: Customer Service Administrator

Contract: Temporary until October 2025

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: Cupar

The Role:

Provide customer service support to a variety of external customers

Liaise and coordinate with internal colleagues

Administration and processing of data on both bespoke and Microsoft packages

The Person:

Previous experience in similar customer service/ administrative role advantageous

Minimum qualification of Nat 5 English and Maths

High attention to detail
