Tax Assistant - ATT. Based in Broxbourne, Herts my client has a new requirement for an ATT Tax Assistant. Please note this role is 100% office based and offers no work from home but it is on an 35 hour working week!
You must have/be:
* ATT Qualified or part way through
* Practical and varied personal and technical tax knowledge
* Numerate and analytical with excellent written and verbal communications skills
* IT literate (Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams)
Role includes:
* Request Tax Return information from the client or relevant parties
* Take ownership of and generate Tax Returns for a diverse client base
* Advise clients of their UK tax positions - including updating clients on when tax payments are due
* Assist with drafting corporation tax returns and advising clients regarding corporation tax planning matters
* Drafting P11Ds for clients
* Liaise with HMRC as appropriate
* Assist with tax investigation matters
* Assisting on advisory projects and other ad-hoc matters as required
