I am currently working exclusively with a local authority based in Scotland on a Graduate Apprentice Surveyor role at £20,000+ per annum.

Job Activities:
* Plan checking, including discharge of conditions, and amended plans
* Building Regulation enforcement, including investigation of unauthorised works, or property specific complaints
* Responding to general enquiries from the public
* Giving of pre-application advice in any format
