About the role:

Supply Teacher: We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our team and work in our partner schools across Redbridge and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for experienced teachers looking to expand their horizons or confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) seeking to gain hands-on experience in a variety of educational settings. You will have the opportunity to step into different classrooms, adapt to various teaching environments, and engage with students from diverse backgrounds. Supply teaching offers the perfect balance of flexibility and professional growth, allowing you to manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (preferred but not essential).
• Flexibility to work on an ad hoc basis.
• Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to primary students in Key Stage 1.
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom dynamics.
• Provide feedback on lessons and student progress to the school.
• Foster a love of learning and creativity in every classroom.
