We are looking for RepairsSupervisor support in the care and maintenance of our Social Housing properties. This role will be responsible for various operational matters including managing maintenance contractors and planning various renovation and repair projects. Your goal is to ensure our premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.

Desirable requirements -

* Experience with Social Housing.

* Core trade being Carpentry preferably.

* Experience of office based role within building trade.

* Full UK drivinh licence

* DBS check

Duties to be carried out Legal Disrepair Charge hand role -

-Pre and post inspections.

* Raising jobs, allocating to specific tradesman and adding the required job codes ect.

* Assisting operatives on site
