Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Essex
Salary: Starting at £50,000 per annum, rising to £52,000 post-probation. Total package value up to £60,000 (including guaranteed bonuses during the first six months, if needed).

About the Role:
Our client, an independent estate agency business in Essex, is seeking an experienced and driven IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver key technology and system improvement initiatives across the company. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of transformative projects and contribute to the long-term success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and scope project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead projects related to the recent implementation of REAPIT and drive broader tech/system improvements.
  • Oversee the creation of pitch decks, website launches, and other digital initiatives.
  • Redesign reporting workflows, transitioning from manual processes to real-time data solutions using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Provide support across all areas of estate agency operations, including sales, valuations, completions, and mortgages.
  • Act as the sole project manager for IT and tech within the group, with the potential to build and lead a team in the future.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a motivated professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Background & Experience:
    • Experience in the property sector is preferred but not essential; candidates from other industries with relevant skills are welcome.
    • Strong technical skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
    • Proven ability to research, analyse, and drive initiatives independently.
  • Attributes:
    • Proactive and self-managing with excellent organisational skills.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on advancing reporting and analytics processes.

Training & Career Progression:

  • Comprehensive training provided for candidates new to the property sector during their first six months.
  • Opportunity to progress to director level and lead a dedicated team as the department grows.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive starting salary of £50,000, rising to £52,000 post-probation.
  • Total package value up to £60,000, including first six months' guarantee if required.
