Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with strong HR generalist experience?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, forward-thinking, and innovative company based in Cardiff with a global presence. We are seeking a HR Business Partner with generalist experience. As part of the HR team, you will work closely with Senior Management to deliver excellent HR practices across Personal Development, Pay & Reward, HR Resourcing, and Employee Relations.

Role: HR Business Partner

Salary: £50,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Hybrid / Cardiff

Fulltime, permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Leaders to design, develop, and implement organisational structures that align with and support business unit strategies.
Provide HR guidance and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including:
Supporting the development and evolution of compensation and benefits strategies.
Partnering in the delivery of the annual pay review, negotiations, and year-end processes.
Lead and support change management initiatives:
Facilitate training, development, and career progression.
Drive succession planning and talent development.
Provide coaching and development support to managers.
Champion the desired organisational culture and integrate ESG strategy into daily practices.
Establish and maintain best-in-class HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Work closely with colleagues, actively seeking and responding to feedback to ensure individual and business success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent related qualification
Strong experience of working in a Business Partnering position, ideally within financial/corporate services and/or international organisations
Proven track record of implementing solutions to enhance people processes
The ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously with responsibility for your own workload
Demonstrates genuine care, empathy, and a dependable nature.
