About the Role:
As Systems Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing and enhancing stock control and administration while ensuring the effective setup and maintenance of IT systems related to warehouse management. Based in Lisburn, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in a growing logistics operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Manage multi-owner product inventory with clear traceability and accountability.
- Oversee stock control processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and provide detailed reporting to aid decision-making.
- Serve as the WMS subject matter expert, providing training and support for system users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design workflows and operational processes.
- Continuously monitor and improve system performance and efficiency.
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of experience in a stock and systems management role in a warehouse environment.
- Proven experience in implementing and optimising warehouse operations and systems.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and inventory management principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
