• Monitor stock / inventory and liaise with the buyers in terms of delivery schedules, potential stocks outs and stock requirements.
• All items received are to be located in correct bins and put away ensuring stock checks are completed and checked.
• Provide stock to on site colleagues.
• Taking phone calls from suppliers/customers.
• Raising purchase orders.
• Supporting the buyer with ordering.
• Support any of the other roles in the department during busy periods and holidays.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience of working within a buying / sourcing office preferred but not essential
• Competent IT knowledge
• Highly Organised
• Works well in a team and individually
• Excellent communication skills
