Business Development Manager

£28,000 (OTE £37,000)

A well-established Commercial Dealership is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join its Northampton based Team. This is an exciting role for someone who has previous experience in a dealership role, or someone who has worked in an automotive environment and is looking for a step up to a business development role.

The role involves prospecting for new customers and developing existing customers in the busy Service and Parts department, as well as dealing with issues and queries as they arise

Key requirements

* Previous experience in an Automotive based role

* Commercial Vehicle experience desirable but not essential

* Previous sales experience ideally new and existing business

* IT skills - Microsoft Office

* Target driven and customer focussed

* Ability to work as part of a team and also on their own initiative

* Ability to deal with clients on a face-to-face basis as well as on the phone

* Full driving license
