My Client a very well established broker is now looking for an experienced administrator with a solid background in Mortgages to join the team.
The Role
- Complete Administration Check-list prior to accepting any new case, to ensure fully compliant
- Key all new cases onto the system, send initial letters, scan all documents, submit case to lender, instruct valuation if necessary, check for additional instructions
- Administer case to offer stage:
- Clients to be updated twice a week (as minimum)
- Agents / Solicitors to be contacted and updated as often as necessary
- Brokers to be updated throughout
- Broker to be cc’d in all emails sent to the client
- Ensure any queries are highlighted with your team leader and broker immediately for them to advise how to proceed and before contacting the client
- Broker to check mortgage offer when received
- Administer case through to exchange / completion, liaising with the solicitors as often as needed, updating client accordingly
- Complete administration framework
- Deal with post daily and any additional paperwork received
- Fully prepare for pipleline meetings with your brokers
- Maintain your own records re personal achievements for appraisals and fully prepare for these as necessary
