Inbound Sales Advisor opportunity working for an e- commerce business in Harrogate.

Role Details:

* £22.5K basic PLUS an average £5K in commission/year.

* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 26 days plus bank holidays by 1 day with every year of service. Option to buy and sell holiday.

Hours:

Full time working hours are 37/week - Monday to Sunday, (including bank/public holidays). You will work a rolling rota that will be provided in advance so that you can still plan social events and life outside work! You will roughly work 2 weekends in every 6 weeks.

Hours worked are between 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 6am - 4pm Saturday and Sunday.

The Client:

Our client is a well-established, successful and expanding multi-channel retailer. They sell trending products across kitchen, fitness and wellbeing, beauty & fashion and pets.

The Role:

Due to continuing expansion, they are looking to recruit a permanent Inbound Sales Advisor to their team of dedicated professionals.

As an Inbound Sales Advisor, you would be taking roughly 40 - 60/day inbound calls and be expected to confirm and process 35 - 50 orders daily. You will also be expected to make numerous outbound calls to customers offering a wide range of upgrades to products already purchased. You will take full advantage of your conversation with the customer by maximising sales opportunities and upselling on things like next day delivery and their VIP club.

The Successful Candidate:

The key to success with our client is a professional yet enthusiastic and energetic attitude!

You will ideally have experience in a similar role, i.e. fast-paced inbound/outbound or face to face sales environment- used to working and achieving realistic targets and KPI's.

Own transport would be beneficial although the office is based on a public transport route.
