Perhaps you've been working as a Buying Assistant/Admin for a year or two or have experience in a retail role and feel ready to take the next step! What's desirable is your knowledge of fashion trading or category management, and the ability to think outside the box.

Working in the Commercial - Range Team, you will assist and support the Range Manager with trade analysis, product selection and sign offs, achieving KPI's and maximise growth season on season.

Responsibilities

Assisting in the planning and compilation of product, this includes analysing sales and bestsellers, building the range to hit key KPI's, presenting the range and catalogue construction to senior management and collaborating with international teams on product developments.

Develop your market and competitor understanding to highlight new and improved product opportunities and maximise sales through regular competitor benchmarking.

Additional Duties include:

* Involvement with the marketing team to trade the website, emails & socials

* Managing failed deliveries

* Product selection for range building & recruitment tools

* Involvement in concept building & catalogue construction with our creative teams

* Working closely with QC to manage product fittings & return rates

Skills and Experience

You will be passionate about product, creative and a strong sense of product sensitivity with the desire to bring innovative ideas forward, contributing towards continuous improvement but also having the confidence to voice your opinions and suggestions, which may be challenged. People management skills are essential, as well as strategic thinking, to allow us to meet company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a fashion related degree plus experience in a trading, buying or category management department. Attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively are essential!

A good knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office tools is required. Especially Excel and Powerpoint
