We are a luxury real estate company, looking to appoint an experienced and tenacious Lettings Manager to our growing team.
You will play a vital role in driving our Lettings operations forward. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, managing listings and delivering an exceptional client experience from initial inquiry through to tenancy completion. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Listings Management:
- Strong Focus on developing and executing lead generation strategies, including campaigns, referrals, and partnerships with agents. Strongly supported by our marketing team based here and in Cape Town.
- Drive new business by creating opportunities for listings and ensuring all properties are marketed effectively.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to effectively lead the Property Management Team and oversee the management of each tenancy.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure prompt responses to incoming leads, maintaining a tight follow-up system to convert leads into new business.
- Regularly communicate with clients to keep the data base up to date and identify any opportunities.
- Frequently review current Lettings stock and communicate any updated strategies with clients.
3. Property Marketing
- Coordinate the marketing process for each property, including photography, virtual tours, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with the extraordinary Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and ads that drive digital leads.
4. Tenant Engagement:
- Conduct property viewings, follow up with potential tenants, and provide feedback to optimise the Letting process.
- Input relevant feedback from clients into the CRM system, leveraging insights to close deals effectively in line with the internal procedure.
5. Operational & Administrative Support:
- Oversee the Lettings pipeline in coordination with the Property Management Team, ensuring smooth transitions from initial inquiry to agreement signing and beyond.
- Report in weekly Sales meetings on current opportunities, viewings, pipeline and so forth.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system, tracking lead data and client interactions.
- Utilise our innovative Fortuna and Co. Tenancy/ Property Management application for oversight, easy administration and communication.
6. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:
- Oversee AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks to comply with company and regulatory procedures following the internal sign off procedure.
- Manage the preparation of tenancy agreements, supported by the administrative team and working with them to finalise necessary documentation.
7. Business Development:
- Build a network of luxury real estate contacts, identifying business development opportunities to strengthen our market presence, grow the Fortuna and Co. Business line and increase volume within our portfolio.
- Drive plans to achieve rental targets aligned with company goals while maintaining a prestigious brand profile.

We work with sophisticated real estate clients globally, focusing on London's Prime Central markets, such as Kensington, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea, and Marylebone.
The Person
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in lettings, preferably within the luxury real estate, prime central London Market, ready to immediately drive listings and bring new business into the team.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client management, and successfully closing tenancy agreements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and guide a team.
