Consistently evaluate and closely monitor student progress, while offering targeted support to address diverse individual learning needs.
Collaborate with many colleagues, including several teaching assistants and the SENCO, to guarantee a well-rounded learning experience.Wide-ranging experience teaching in KS2, particularly in Year 3, is highly desirable.
