Role Overview:
As a Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing, controlling, and organising documentation using Procore Software. You'll ensure that all project-related documents are efficiently stored, tracked, and distributed to stakeholders in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient management and control of project documentation, including contract and procurement-related documents.
Utilise Procore Software to track, store, and retrieve key project data and documents.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other teams to ensure seamless document flow.
Maintain version control, ensuring all stakeholders have access to the most up-to-date information.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, processes, and audit requirements.About You:

Solid experience in document control, with a focus on construction or engineering sectors being advantageous.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Procore Software.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
