Produce detailed technical information for tender packages and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Work on internal projects for RIBA Stages 3-5
Develop and refine Revit models aligned with the company's BIM standards
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors, including regular site visits and meetings to ensure seamless project execution
Refine architectural designs, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements, while providing creative solutions to design challenges
Attend BIM coordination meetings and ensure BEP standards are applied across projectsRequirements:

Strong experience in Architecture and/or Engineering
Knowledge of BIM Level 2 frameworks and proficiency in Revit
Background in BIM coordination and Revit authoring, with familiarity in RIBA Stages 3-5
Advanced skills in Revit and Navisworks Manage, and experience with AutoCAD, BIM Collab, BIM 360, and Enscape
Ability to develop architectural designs that meet both client specifications and regulatory requirements
