CENTRE MANAGER / GARAGE MANAGER (MOTOR INDUSTRY) - READING

BASIC SALARY: UP TO £36,000

ON TARGET EARNINGS: £42,000

Our client are looking for a Centre Manager to join their team and are offering a highly competitive basic salary along with a lucrative bonus scheme and further overachievement incentives.

CENTRE MANAGER / GARAGE MANAGER - RESPONSIBILITIES

* Managing a busy workshop overseeing vehicle repairs, maintenance & MOTs

* Ensuring complaints are kept to a minimum through excellent levels of customer care

* Liaising with Regional Managers, Head Office and the board of Directors when required

* Adhering to Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control policies / procedures

* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

* Ensuring KPI's and sales targets are met

* Identifying training and development opportunities for staff members

* Overseeing the hiring process, reviewing CVs, and assessing candidates at interview

* Increasing sales of products and services offered at the Centre

CENTRE MANAGER / GARAGE MANAGER - KEY SKILLS

* Strong time management and organisational skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Experience managing and motivating team members

* Technical background within the automotive industry
