Working Hours:
37.5 Hours per Week (Monday - Friday)

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our 24/7 Maintenance Team. The Maintenance Manager will ensure the smooth operation of equipment and facilities while focusing on continuous improvement.

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:

*

Leading and developing multi-disciplined shift Technicians and Apprentices.

*

Managing maintenance and repairs for production equipment, HVAC, electrical, and general building maintenance.

*

Implementing planned downtime strategies to minimize breakdowns.

*

Monitoring stock levels and ensuring the availability of critical spare parts.

*

Collaborating with engineering teams to enhance cycle times and machine efficiencies.

*

Overseeing root cause investigations and compliance inspections.

*

Managing external contractors and ensuring compliance with audits and inspections.

*

Supporting high-level projects, including new machinery installations.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

*

Strong experience in a manufacturing/production environment.

*

Multi-skilled engineering expertise in maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and design.

*

Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and relevant legislation.

*

Ability to manage budgets and Capex effectively.

*

Experience in leading and developing a technical team across shifts.

*

Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

*

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to business needs.

Desirable:

*

Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.

*

Time-served apprenticeship.

*

IEE 18th Edition Certificate.

*

Experience with robotics, automation, or cleanroom environments.
