Facades Design Manager Client

Reddbrick are currently recruiting for a Facades Design Manager to work with our Client in Derby. Our Client is a Nationwide sub contractor who work in conjuction with leading main contractors Nationwide. With experience working across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare and Education.

Facdes Design Manager role.
As a Facades Design Manager, you will take charge of all aspects of façade design, from conception to completion. You'll collaborate with architects, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality, visually striking, and technically robust façade solutions.

Facades Design Manager Responsibilities:

* Lead the design process for façade systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve design excellence.

* Manage design programs and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

* Review and approve façade designs, shop drawings, and material specifications.

* Ensure all work aligns with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

* Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to design challenges.

Facades Design Manager requirements

* Proven experience in façade design management, ideally within the construction industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods.

* Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

* A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
