• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Coordinate customer orders, process sales documentation, and manage order tracking
• Liaise with customers to provide updates on orders, delivery schedules, and any product enquiries
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate fulfilment of customer requirements
• Work with logistics and external couriers to arrange deliveries
• Maintain customer records, process invoices, and handle any issues or queries related to orders

• Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent attention to detail
