The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. Based in Holborn with a hybrid working model, this exciting role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression and substantial earning potential. You will play a pivotal role in driving new business across London by tendering for contracts, developing relationships, and securing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the tendering process for new business opportunities, focusing on contracts in the range of £500k - £1m.

* Write compelling and high-quality bids to win new business and secure long-term contracts.

* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including client visits and relationship building.

* Develop and implement strategic plans to target and convert leads into successful contracts.

* Work closely with the senior leadership team to align business development goals with the overall company strategy.

* Oversee the pricing of new business, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing models.

* Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and exploring opportunities for growth.

* Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth transition and successful delivery of new contracts.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in Business Development within the facilities management, soft services, or similar industries.

* A strong track record in writing successful bids and tenders, ideally within the £500k - £1m contract range.

* Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

* Ability to manage multiple business opportunities simultaneously, with a proactive and results-driven approach.

* Experience in pricing and developing business proposals.

* A strong understanding of the facilities management sector and its challenges.

* Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
