Job brief
As one of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns. You will be working across our digital marketing efforts, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Your expertise will be essential in driving lead generation, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately boosting sales. You will report to the Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Mastery:
- Oversee and optimise our Paid Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
- Track and manage UTM parameters, conversions and audiences for effective campaign tracking and reporting.
- Set up, manage, and report on marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop, experiment, test and execute new campaigns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics to track campaign performance and measure key metrics.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for new approaches.
- Implement lead scoring and attribution models to prioritise leads and optimise marketing efforts.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry vendors to expand our reach and influence.
- Collaborate with our sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Organise and execute successful webinars and events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Content Marketing Development:
- Plan and deliver content optimisation strategies to help boost our search visibility.
- Build signposts on the web to drive further visitor engagement.
- Report on changes in organic traffic over time.
- Analyse competitor and partner content to build more visibility and content ideas.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree along with a recognised marketing qualification (although experience is also acceptable).
- Proven digital marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Teams.
- Ability to comprehend Covenco's product lines and effectively communicate our value proposition.
