This role is perfect for someone with solid previous office-based customer service experience who thrives in an ever-changing environment.Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Providing detailed product information and guidance
  • Processing orders and managing customer accounts
  • Coordinating with suppliers and participating in production meetings
  • Performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

  • Proven office-based customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
