Description

Lead and manage all procurement activities for the organisation
Implement effective procurement strategies and policies
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Oversee the supply chain function, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
Work closely with other departments to understand procurement needs
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Monitor procurement performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary
Participate in the development of the company's strategic plansProfile

A successful Procurement Manager should have:

Experience in a procurement role within the industry
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
Proven leadership abilities and strategic thinking
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with Sage200, DynamixAX systems and Excel
