Customer Service Representative
Monday – Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.30am – 5.30pm)
Saturday Shift – 1 Saturday in every 6 weeks (8.30am – 2.30pm) with a full day off the following week.
£24,000 +£2,400 annual bonus
I am currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Representative based in Manor Royal providing an excellent service to the companies B2B customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive and exceptional customer service for all UK sales accounts by effectively handling of a range of enquiries from our customers
• Fast and accurate processing of orders inbound and outbound
• Communications including LIVE CHAT with added administration functions to support our company sales activities
• You will be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties including providing product information to our customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders.
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Be highly organised in time and task management, have a good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under pressure
• Previous experience of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent spoken and written communication skills
