Role Overview:

As an Apprentice/Graduate Surveyor, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship from experienced professionals while working on a variety of exciting construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career in quantity surveying, cost management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets

Supporting the analysis and negotiation of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

Conducting site visits and assisting with project assessments

Monitoring project expenditures and assisting in cost control efforts

Preparing financial reports and contributing to project forecasts

Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers

Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (for graduate applicants)

Relevant qualifications or a strong interest in pursuing a career in surveying (for apprentice applicants)

Basic understanding of construction processes and contracts

Strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
